Quick Coconut Burfee
Ingredients:
- Coconut : 1 no. grated
- Condensed Milk : 1/2 cup
- Milk : 1/4th cup
- Ghee : 4 - 5 tbsp
- Cashew nuts : A few
- Pistachios, Almonds : A few
Method :
- Use a nonstick pan. Heat a teaspoon of ghee on low flame and fry the Cashew nutsm Pistachios and Almonds. After they are done remove them to a side plate.
- Heat 1 -2 tablespoons of ghee and fry the grated coconut till it turns into a creamy color.
- Pour the milk and keep stiring .
- After the milk boils pour the condensed milk into it. Keep stiring.
- Now add the fried nuts into the mixture.
- Once the mixture starts to thicken add the rest of the ghee little by little till it starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Once the mixture reaches a dough like consistency put out the flame and leave it for cooling.
- After it cools down you can take bits of the mixture and turn it into a desired shape.
- Serve after it cools down. Do not put it in the refridgerator.
