Stir Fired Vegetables

Ingredients :

  1. Assorted Vegetables : 1 cup (Cube fresh carrots, beans, potatoes, cauliflower,Onions, baby corn)
  2. Tomatoes : 1 cubed (not to be mixed with the other veggies)
  3. Green chillies : 5 nos. (chopped)
  4. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp.
  5. Pepper powder : 1 tsp.
  6. Soya sauce : 1 and half tbsp
  7. Tomato sauce : 1 tsp
  8. Oil/Butter : 1 tbsp
  9. Mint leaves : choped finely
  10. Salt as required

Method :

  • Use a nonstick pan and heat some butter or oil in it on low flame. Add the Ginger Garlic paste and fry for a few seconds and then add the chopped green chillies.
  • Now add the vegetables once the green chillies have browned and stir.
  • Add the soya sauce and fry. Then add the tomato sauce and continue frying.
  • Sprinkle the pepper powder and salt over the vegetables and stir.
  • Now sprinkle a few mint leaves over veggies.
  • Serve hot with chapathis, naans, or even rice.
