Tomato and Celery dip

Ingredients:

  1. 4 chopped tomatoes
  2. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  3. 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  4. 3 tbsp diced celery
  5. 1 tsp prepared mustard
  6. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  7. 1 tbsp vinegar
  8. 1 tbsp salad oil
  9. salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Season and serve along with appetizers like fish fingers, potato wedges or wafers.
